Job Summary

Greet patients and visitors, manage front desk inquiries, and coordinate appointments while maintaining office cleanliness and inventory. Collaborate with providers to obtain medical histories, collect vital signs, perform point-of-care testing, and administer behavioral health assessments. Monitor and document Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato® treatments, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and REMS requirements. Enter clinical documentation, treatment protocols, and appointment data into the Electronic Health Record, assist with billing tasks, and maintain HIPAA compliance. Work flexible shifts including morning, midday, and afternoon rotations to support efficient clinic operations.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Previous healthcare experience
  • Ability to learn and maintain Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
  • Valid CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain during the training period
  • Ability to obtain TMS administration certification through the BrainsWay TMS system within one month of employment
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Ability to move throughout the clinic environment
  • Ability to maintain flexibility for all work shifts
  • Morning: 7:30am-3:30pm, Midday: 10:00am-6:00pm, and Afternoon: 2:30pm-8:00pm shifts
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and confidentiality protocols, including HIPAA
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
