Job Summary
Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual’s needs. Develop service planning for individualized supports or care coordination of healthcare, behavioral health, non-healthcare services and development of a treatment plan. Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services. Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients. Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or a high school diploma or three or more years of relevant field experience
- Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions
- Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area
