Job Summary
Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with individual needs. Develop service plans for individualized supports and coordinate healthcare, behavioral health, and non-healthcare services while creating treatment plans. Offer linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills, and crisis prevention services to individual or group clients. Maintain a positive relationship with all outside contacts. Full-time Monday through Friday 9am-5pm with a monthly productivity incentive program. ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions offers unique, individualized care to children, adolescents, adults, the aging population, those with developmental disabilities, and individuals suffering from extreme trauma.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma plus three or more years of relevant field experience or Bachelor's or Master's level degree in a related field
- Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area
