Behavioral Health Case Manager II - Children's Outpatient

Manage and coordinate cases for children, conducting psychosocial evaluations to identify mental health concerns and developing comprehensive treatment plans. Provide crisis intervention and initial contacts for children in immediate need, while delivering consultation, education, and prevention services to families and community stakeholders. Monitor treatment progress to ensure effective interventions and track outcomes across individual, group, and family therapy modalities. This role requires a baccalaureate degree in behavioral health and involves 24/7 coverage with rotating weekend and overtime hours.
