Job Summary
Behavioral Health Case Manager I for Mobile Response and Urgent Recovery Center teams. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, case management (assessment, treatment planning, follow-up), collaboration with multidisciplinary team and community resources, and guiding individuals of all ages through their recovery journey with professionalism and ethical standards. Requires strong interpersonal skills, experience in behavioral health or related field (case management preferred), and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Location-based on-site role in Lawton, OK with full-time schedule and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Total of 6 months of direct, documented experience working with persons who live with mental illness and/or substance abuse issues.
Additional Requirements
- Drug test required upon conditional offer; safety-sensitive position; weekend/overtime may be required.
