Job Summary
Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services and develop individualized supports/care plans in collaboration with licensed clinicians, including linkage, interventions, treatment options, and crisis prevention. Deliver services to individual clients or groups, foster positive relationships with outside contacts, and support clients across children, adolescents, adults, the aging population, and those with developmental disabilities or trauma. Requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma with 3+ years of relevant field experience or a Bachelor's/Master's in a related field, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; willingness to travel within the assigned service area. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma plus three or more years of relevant field experience or Bachelor's or Master's level degree in a related field
- Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area
- Must be at least 18 years of age
