Job Summary
Behavioral Health Care Manager responsible for accepting patient handoffs, building rapport to create a safe therapeutic environment, guiding patients in developing skills to manage problems and triggers, and supporting relapse prevention. Role includes facilitating brief therapeutic interventions (motivational interviewing, behavioral activation, problem-solving therapy), educating about medications and monitoring adherence, coordinating with PCP and psychiatric consultants, documenting in Mindoula's EMR (MMR) and reporting findings, presenting case information to psychiatrists, conducting risk assessments and crisis interventions, maintaining monthly progress documentation, and ensuring clear communication with patients, families, and treatment teams. Requires strong remote-work proficiency and deep engagement with technology and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree required in psychology, social work, or another behavioral health discipline
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Strong documentation and data entry experience
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records
- Ability to work remotely
