Job Summary
Support adolescents in residential treatment through daily routines, activities, meals, groups, and skill-building. Help maintain a safe, structured environment through supervision, prevention, de-escalation, and approved crisis response. Build rapport with clients while upholding boundaries and partner with therapists to support each student's treatment goals. Complete accurate documentation and communicate updates to the team. Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation to maintain a clean, supportive home environment. Work on-site in southern Utah with a schedule of Thursday through Saturday plus every other Wednesday, or Sunday through Tuesday plus every other Wednesday.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21+
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license
- clean driving record
- Able to pass a Utah State background check
- obtain a Food Handler's Permit before starting
- Trained or willing to be trained in CPR
- Trained or willing to be trained in First Aid
- Trained or willing to be trained in safe restraint techniques
- Confident in managing and calming agitated or combative students
- Strong communication skills
- ability to form healthy, supportive connections
- Committed to teaching and modeling strong values and respectful behavior
- Willing to commit to a minimum of 8 months in a structured, team-based environment
- Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday + every other Wednesday
- Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + every other Wednesday
