Job Summary
Provide direct patient care under clinical or nursing leadership while maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. Address patient concerns promptly and respectfully, recognizing and responding to needs with safety as the top priority. Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional approach with patients and team members. Work PRN nights from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. This role supports healing within a team-focused environment grounded in empathy, teamwork, and accountability, offering clear paths for advancement within one of the nation's largest behavioral health networks.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR and de escalation and restraint certification
- First aid
Desired Qualifications
- Six months of experience working with a similar patient population
