Job Summary
Conduct safety checks at 15-minute intervals and ensure supervision per individualized guidelines while assisting patients with activities of daily living such as toileting, bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Obtain vital signs, document clinical observations in patient records, and facilitate educational groups covering social skills and coping strategies. Engage patients in treatment activities, coordinate transportation as needed, and resolve patient complaints with a positive, empathetic attitude. Prioritize patient safety and maintain accurate documentation of all incidents and events. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR certification
- de-escalation certification
- restraint certification
