Job Summary
Provide personal care services to patients under clinical direction, ensuring safety through 15-minute supervision checks and resolving complaints promptly. Conduct safety checks, document clinical information in medical records, and assist with activities of daily living including toileting, bathing, and meal preparation. Facilitate educational groups on social skills and coping strategies while engaging patients in activities to achieve treatment goals. Obtain vital signs, coordinate transportation, and maintain incident documentation. Requires high school diploma, six months experience with the population, and CPR/de-escalation certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification
- First aid
Desired Qualifications
- Six months or more experience working with the specific population of the facility
