Behavioral Health Associate Lead

Manage team schedules and staff levels, including finding coverage for absences, interviewing applicants, and onboarding staff. Provide performance feedback, coaching, and training to program staff to ensure care is consistent with policies, regulations, and quality standards. Conduct ongoing reviews to verify staff adherence to trauma-informed principles, including the appropriate use of seclusion and restraints. Assist with performance evaluations, track compliance, and prepare for survey and license reviews or audits. Ensure all staff adhere to agency policies while maintaining a safe and clean environment within the facility. Provide direct treatment services and supportive counseling to clients to help them transition smoothly into the community or outpatient treatment. Complete required documentation that reflects the activities, goals, and progress of each client. This role oversees approximately 25-35 staff and requires a high school diploma, associate degree preferred, one year of direct healthcare provider experience, and previous supervisory experience.
