Job Summary
This position requires providing psychosocial, rehabilitation, and recovery-oriented services for adults as a Behavioral Health Associate. Responsibilities include assisting clients in achieving their goals, supporting individual service plans, managing medication outreach, coordinating communication with healthcare professionals, and providing counseling. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, related direct care experience, and a valid California driver's license. The role is part-time with a schedule including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from High School or obtainment of a GED
- Two (2) years full time/equivalent direct care experience in a behavioral health related field
- Certificate of completion from the Core Skills Training upon hire
- California driver’s license
- Current vehicle insurance/registration if driving
- Reliable means of transportation capable of passing vehicle safety inspection

- Associate of Arts Degree Preferred
