Job Summary
Provide behavioral management and crisis intervention for residents at ARCH facility; administer medications and maintain staff and medication logs; document all duties and coordinate with Substance Use Disorder Case Managers and Mental Health Clinicians to support treatment goals; ensure safety, program adherence, and participation in educational/vocational/recreational activities as directed; communicate effectively with the treatment team and participate in required documentation and emergency procedures.
