Behavioral Health Associate I - On Call, Overnight Shift

Maintain a safe and healthy environment for ARCH residents and participate in the treatment process by implementing behavioral interventions, crisis management, and coordinating with the treatment team. Responsibilities include supervising and documenting health-related activities, overseeing medication administration and logkeeping, conducting program activities (educational, vocational, and recreational), assisting with transportation when necessary, facilitating urinalysis procedures, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and NAADAC guidelines. The role requires strong written and oral communication, flexibility to work nights and weekends, and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support residents and wrap-around services.
