Behavioral Health Associate (BHA)

Conduct safety checks every 15 minutes and provide 15-minute supervision intervals for patients. Document timely clinical information, obtain vital signs, and assist with activities of daily living including toileting, bathing, and meals. Facilitate educational groups on social skills and coping strategies while observing patient behaviors to communicate significant observations to nursing staff. Engage patients in activities designed to encourage treatment goals and resolve patient complaints with a positive, empathetic attitude. Complete required documentation and coordinate transportation as assigned. Full-time or part-time roles starting at $16/hour with rotating weekend shifts; CPR and de-escalation certification required.
