Conduct direct care and supervision of residents, ensuring safety checks occur at 15-minute intervals and monitoring therapeutic interactions. Provide a positive, supportive environment by assisting with activities of daily living, obtaining vital signs, and facilitating educational groups on social skills and coping strategies. Document timely clinical information, communicate significant observations to nursing staff, and resolve patient complaints while maintaining a professional attitude. Prioritize patient safety and excellent customer service at all times.
