Job Summary
Provide direct patient care under clinical leadership while maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. Address patient concerns promptly and respectfully, recognizing needs with safety as the top priority. Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional approach with both patients and team members. Work part-time for two days per week from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. This role supports recovery within one of the nation's largest behavioral health networks, offering clear paths for advancement and skill development alongside experienced clinical leaders.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR and de escalation and restraint certification
- First aid
Desired Qualifications
- Six months of experience working with a similar patient population
