Job Summary
Provide personal care services to patients under clinical direction, including assisting with activities of daily living, obtaining vital signs, and conducting safety checks at 15-minute intervals. Document timely clinical information in patient records, observe behaviors, and communicate significant observations to nursing staff. Facilitate educational-rehabilitative groups covering social skills, coping, and anger management while engaging patients in activities to encourage treatment goals. Resolve patient complaints and coordinate transportation as assigned. Requires high school diploma, CPR and de-escalation certification, and six months of experience with the specific population.
