Job Summary
Provide direct patient care under clinical or nursing leadership while maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. Address patient concerns promptly and respectfully, recognizing and responding to needs with safety as the top priority. Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional approach with both patients and team members. This role offers consistent 7am-3pm hours with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. We Lead Care with Light as part of one of the nation's largest behavioral health networks, providing clear paths for advancement and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR and de escalation and restraint certification
- First aid
Desired Qualifications
- Six months of experience working with a similar patient population
