Behavioral Health Associate 1

Conduct safety checks every 15 minutes and provide personal care services including toileting, bathing, dressing, and meal assistance. Document clinical information, obtain vital signs, and facilitate educational groups covering social skills and coping strategies. Interact with patients to observe behaviors, engage them in treatment activities, and coordinate transportation as assigned. Resolve patient complaints and maintain accurate incident documentation while ensuring a secure environment for patients, families, and staff.
