Job Summary

Provide direct patient care under clinical or nursing leadership while maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional approach when addressing patient concerns promptly and respectfully. Recognize and respond to patient needs with safety as a top priority. Requires a high school diploma, six months of experience with similar populations, and CPR, de-escalation, and restraint certifications. Offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and ongoing training within one of the nation's largest behavioral health networks.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • CPR and de escalation and restraint certification
  • First aid

Desired Qualifications

  • Six months of experience working with a similar patient population
