Job Summary
Behavioral Health Analyst provides program research, data analysis, and coordination across Pennsylvania’s behavioral health regional councils; develops trainings, newsletters, and materials; supports meetings and statewide communications; collects and disseminates data on best practices at the intersections of behavioral health and the courts; facilitates in-person and online events with occasional overnight travel; collaborates with county leaders, court staff, and partners to advance solutions, communications, and planning for deflection, diversion, and trauma-informed practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Two years’ experience with the development, evaluation, and implementation of programs related to behavioral health or the courts
- Satisfactory criminal background check required
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and 365)
- Proficiency in qualitative data analysis (interview, writing, and qualitative coding skills) and/or quantitative data analysis (use of Excel, R, Stata, Python) is a plus
