Job Summary
Provide direction and support to trainees in the Job Services Program by establishing rapport, modifying training sessions to match individual abilities, and conducting assessments of adaptive behaviors and transportation options. Assist with competitive employment placements, maintain communications regarding program operations, and ensure Occupational Safety & Health Act compliance while intervening during crisis situations. Handle customer concerns efficiently, assist with front-desk coverage, and participate in scheduling, departmental meetings, and staff development. This role involves working with Administrative Work Adjustment Trainees to build skills for administrative employment, ensuring long-term job retention and career development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Professionals certification (obtained prior to start date)
- First Aid certification (may be completed with Marana Health upon hire)
- Fingerprint Clearance Card through the Arizona Department of Public Safety (must be verified as 'valid' prior to start date)
- Current Arizona driver's license with clean driving record and proof of current vehicle insurance (39-month MVR will be run by Marana Health)
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree in social services, business, or related field
- 2 years' experience in behavioral health or related social services, supporting clients with disabilities
- Experience working with the State AHCCCS Complete Care (ACC) and Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) clients
- Previous experience in administrative work
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
