Job Summary
Complete 6-month assessment write-ups within five days, submit weekly and monthly hours trackers, and conduct one-on-one intensive Applied Behavior Analysis services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Manage a caseload of 2-4 kids part-time or 5-10 full-time while performing parent trainings, progress reviews, and program adjustments. Submit Restricted Activities hours until the 800-hour BACB requirement is met, then transition to bi-weekly supervisor meetings for case reviews. Maintain confidentiality, communicate with team members regarding client needs, and adhere to all BACB hour requirements. This entry-level Behavioral Consultant role supports a growing team dedicated to improving lives through in-home ABA services.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR Master's degree and completion of ABA coursework
- Knowledge of ABA and DTT
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to communicate with team members routinely, regarding schedules and client's changing needs
- Personal reliable transportation
- Auto insurance & driver's license
- Clean criminal history
- Maintaining respect and confidentiality for all clients
- Ability to efficiently write and communicate verbally
- Ability to work supportively with other professionals and staff
