Job Summary
Full-time Behavioral Consultant with Medicaid Waiver-funded behavioral services in Indiana; responsibilities include Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments, develop Behavioral Support Plans based on Positive Behavioral Supports, train and consult with direct care staff on plan implementation, data collection and monitoring of efficacy, provide one-on-one behavior consultation with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and consistent home-based visits. Requires Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, Counseling, or Applied Behavior Analysis; valid Indiana driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation; willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
