Job Summary
Lead clinician in delivery of intensive behavioral health services as a Behavior Consultant (BC-ABA) in Scranton, PA. Responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment and behavioral support plans, supervising Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT-ABA and BHT), collaborating with families, schools, physicians, therapists, psychiatrists, probation officers, and other service providers, monitoring progress through data collection and analysis, providing consultation on treatment recommendations and behavioral interventions, leading monthly treatment team meetings, maintaining compliant documentation, and ensuring quality clinical outcomes within BHRS/HIPAA guidelines.
