Job Summary
Develop individualized behavior modification intervention plans and implement non-aversive behavioral change methods for children and adolescents. Conduct IBHS and FBA assessments, develop data collection tools, and monitor target behavior progress while completing progress notes and monthly summaries. Collaborate with treatment teams, mobile therapists, and clients' natural supports including home, school, and community agencies. Provide clinical consultation to the team and families, supervise behavioral health technicians weekly, and oversee service titration and discharge. Attend evaluations, team meetings, and school meetings as needed. Complete required documentation for billing purposes including timesheets and encounter forms.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree
- (Must be from an accredited college or University)
- License LBC
- (Required to work with individuals requiring ABA supports)
- 1-3 years' experience
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
