Job Summary
The Behavioral Coach is responsible for implementing treatment plans and providing behavioral coaching to mitigate crisis incidents, primarily in family homes. The role includes conducting assessments, participating in interdisciplinary meetings, coordinating care with agencies, involving community resources, and maintaining client records. This position demands excellent time management and accountability, along with the ability to provide crisis intervention and after-hours support as needed. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field, along with a valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and experience in a related area.
Required Qualifications
- California driver's license & current vehicle insurance/registration
- Reliable means of transportation capable of passing vehicle safety inspection if more than five years old
- Experience in behavioral coaching or related field

- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience
- Master's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience
