Job Summary
Provide compassionate care and supervision in accordance with Title 22 regulations, assisting residents with daily living activities, meal preparation, housekeeping, and medication support. Monitor resident well-being to report changes to the care team, support individuals in achieving their treatment goals, and transport them to appointments and community activities as needed. Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment while ensuring all care aligns with state standards. This part-time night shift role includes a $2/hour differential for shifts between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid California Driver's License (if driving is required)
- Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background clearance, TB screening, and health clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Previous caregiving or mental health experience
- Knowledge of Title 22 regulations
- Valid First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
