Job Summary
Monitor and analyze behavioral assessments and data within E.H.R. systems while ensuring compliance with CAU's Evidence Based Standards and Best Behavioral Practices for Residential and Day Programs. Collaborate with BCBA's under direct supervision on each case, continuously analyze data to implement program changes, and assist with onboarding processes and Quality Assurance. Communicate with the Administrative Team for new Clinical Requests and prepare for audits and accreditations. Cooperate with legal authorities and the Department of Human Services during inspections or investigations. Ensure compliance with all state and federally mandated background checks and mask mandates during public health crises. Shift is Mon-Fri 9:00AM – 5:00PM with flexibility as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field
- BCBA
