Job Summary
Implement behavioral intervention strategies from individualized service plans to stabilize child behavior following crisis referrals and prevent inpatient hospitalization or residential displacement. Provide direct one-on-one support to at-risk youth and families in home or community settings across New Jersey. No caseload requirement exists, with service hours typically ranging from 2-4 hours weekly. This per diem role requires a valid NJ driver's license and one year of experience working with at-risk youth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School diploma
- Bachelor's Degree in a Social Service related field
- 1 year experience working with at-risk youth one-on-one implementing behavioral intervention strategies
- Valid NJ driver's license with privileges in good standing
