Job Summary
Implement behavioral intervention strategies from individualized service plans to stabilize child behavior following crisis referrals and prevent inpatient hospitalization or residential displacement. Provide direct behavioral assistance to at-risk youth and families in home or community settings, focusing on reducing the need for inpatient placement. Work on a per diem basis with no caseload requirement, serving throughout New Jersey for 2-4 hours weekly. Maintain a valid New Jersey driver's license and hold a Bachelor's degree in a social service field with one year of experience working one-on-one with at-risk youth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School diploma
- Bachelor's Degree in a Social Service related field
- 1 year experience working with at-risk youth one-on-one implementing behavioral intervention strategies
- Valid NJ driver's license with privileges in good standing
