Job Summary
Provide behavioral analysis services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Conduct functional behavioral assessments; develop and implement individualized treatment plans; observe, analyze, and document behavior challenges; train team members to reinforce behavioral plans; work across settings including home, workplace, and community. Requires a Master’s degree in a related field (Special Education, Social Services, Psychology, Counseling, or ABA) with at least one year of relevant experience; board certification preferred. Part-time with potential to become full-time with benefits within six months; hourly pay of $27-$28 based on experience. Location: onsite in Indianapolis, Indiana. Includes opportunities for BCBA supervision hours and a full benefits package for full-time hires.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Special Education, Social Services Preferred; OR Psychology, counseling, or ABA
- One year experience working with special populations in crisis intervention, staff training, and development
- Board Certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license, current registration, and insurance
