Behavioral Aide

Provide consistent instruction, guidance, and reinforcement to clients in the Crisis Stabilization Unit while performing verbal and physical de-escalation techniques. Implement basic living skills training, coordinate group therapy activities, and ensure clients comply with facility rules. Conduct housekeeping, maintain a safe environment, and escort clients to hospitals for evaluation as needed. Document resident progress, incident reports, and staff notes in the Electronic Health Record in a timely manner. Work closely with the Treatment Team, attend required meetings and trainings, and complete medication administration under supervision. This PRN position involves weekend work, mainly nights, with potential rotation across local WellStone locations.
