Job Summary
Behavioral Aide role supporting K-12 students with special needs in classroom settings. Responsibilities include implementing IEPs and BIPs, providing one-on-one instructional support, applying ABA methodologies to target behavior goals, responding to crisis situations using Pro-ACT or CPI techniques, supervising students during class, meals, transportation, and breaks, recording daily data on behavior and learning objectives, and communicating progress to teachers and supervisors. Must have a high school diploma or GED; DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance; strong communication and reliability; 18+; preferred Pro-ACT/CPI/CPR certification and a BA III level may require a Bachelor's degree. Location: Sacramento, CA. Hours: Monday–Friday, approximately 6.5-hour shifts aligned with school hours. Competitive benefits, CEU/license reimbursement, and tuition assistance offered. Required Qualifications
