Job Summary
Behavioral Aide II needed to support K-12 students with special needs in a full-time school setting (Central Valley, Lodi, CA). Implement IEPs and BIPs, provide one-on-one instructional support, apply ABA methodologies to target behavior goals, respond to crisis situations using Pro-ACT or CPI techniques, supervise students during class, breaks, meals, and transportation, and record daily data on behavior, skills progression, and learning objectives. Collaborate with teachers and clinical staff to deliver personalized care; prioritize student safety and well-being; communicate progress to teachers and supervisors. Requires high school diploma or GED; DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance as applicable; strong communication and reliability; 18+; preferred Pro-ACT/CPI/CPR certification; BA degree may be required for BA III level.
