Job Summary
Floater Behavioral Aide providing hands-on support to students aged 5-22 with behavioral and learning needs across multiple school sites. Travel to sites within the region (30+ miles one-way) to implement IEPs and BIPs, supervise transitions, meals, transportation, and breaks, and engage students in recreational and educational activities. Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to reinforce positive behaviors, record daily data on behavior and progress, and communicate with supervisors, teachers, and staff. Role requires working across diverse settings, adapting to student needs, and travel-based coverage; qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, background clearances, and strong communication skills. Preferred experience in school or treatment settings, bilingual Spanish, and CPR/Pro-ACT/CPI certifications.
