Job Summary
As a Behavior Treatment Technician, you will provide one-on-one support to clients during therapy sessions, implementing individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Key responsibilities include offering direct client support, tracking client progress, maintaining communication with caregivers, and ensuring compliance with therapy plans. Required qualifications include a high school diploma, experience in ABA or working with children, reliable transportation, and the ability to work full-time hours while maintaining necessary certifications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in ABA or working with children required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to complete the required training and maintain certification as needed
- Ability to work Monday through Friday 8a - 4:30p
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred
- Experience with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges is strongly preferred
