Job Summary
Engage with students daily through structured group activities including recreational therapy, special development groups, and study hours to help them build assets and achieve successful community-based living. Provide positive role modeling while supporting educational foundations and maximizing individual strengths. Transport students to and from Ingham Academy, appointments, and other activities as needed using a valid driver's license; a chauffeur's license is required or must be obtained with reimbursement. Work Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Highfields offers paid training, medical/dental/vision insurance, and student loan forgiveness qualifying status for motivated candidates with self-awareness and effective communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- solid history working with students
- Valid Driver's License
- ability to obtain a Chauffeur's license
