Job Summary
ABA training-focused role: Provide effective ABA training to newly hired and existing RBTs, coach and demonstrate ABA concepts per ABC’s training curriculum, observe and give feedback during an 8-day on-site training period, and support ongoing development of therapists toward competency in BACB Initial Competency. Collaborate with the VP of Training to plan ongoing, individual or small group RBT training across ABC centers; role emphasizes on-site training, modeling, and guidance, with no designated caseload and opportunities to advance within the training pathway.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3-4 years of experience in ABA or as RBT
- Experience directly with children with autism
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Reliable transportation
