Job Summary
Provide ABA services to children in-home under the supervision of a BCBA. Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA and teach skills to meet the child’s functional goals. Maintain progress data, ensure consistent behavior plan implementation with family collaboration, and support flexibility with a part-time after-school schedule (10-20 hours/week) in Cary, NC. Requires completion of 40-hour RBT training, high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a background check. Opportunities for BCBA supervision and tuition assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completed forty (40) hour RBT training course
- Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license
- Experience in doing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA)
- Pass a criminal background check
- Part-time after-school schedule: 10-20 hours per week, Monday-Friday, weekends as needed
