Job Summary
Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences, implementing positive behavior strategies developed with a BCBA and using evidence-based practices to support treatment goals. Document session data, collaborate with families and supervisors, follow crisis protocols (de-escalation and mandated reporting), and engage in ongoing professional development with opportunities to advance toward BCBA roles and a clinical ladder. Training is provided, including a 2-week in-person orientation and BCAT credential prep, with part-time schedules and potential for additional hours. The role emphasizes a transdisciplinary, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy model and collaboration with a team of BCBAs, therapists, and other pediatric-specialty professionals.
Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent, bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start date
- Ability to travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius using reliable transportation
- Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools
