Behavior Therapist (Paid Certification)

Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences using positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA. Implement evidence-based practices to create meaningful progress for families while documenting session data to track treatment goals. Collaborate closely with families and supervisors to build supportive environments, following Cortica's crisis protocols including de-escalation and mandated reporting. Part-time roles offer flexible 5-, 3-, or 2-day-per-week schedules with opportunities to pick up Saturday hours. Candidates must obtain BCAT certification within 90 days, possess a high school diploma or higher, and be able to travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius. The position supports a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming model within a transdisciplinary team of speech-language, occupational, and physical therapists.
