Job Summary
Behavior Therapist provides direct one-on-one and group ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder under supervision. Implement individualized ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA, teach communication, social, daily living, play, and adaptive skills, collect session data, maintain a safe and structured therapeutic environment, and collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary team to support learner goals. Role involves center-based therapy, documentation, and adherence to HIPAA and company policies; seeking candidates with strong communication and organizational skills and willingness to obtain RBT certification if hired at level 3 BT. Salary ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with eligibility determined by EIDBI service level at hire.
