Job Summary
Provide direct ABA-based therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in a center-based setting, delivering one-on-one and group therapy under supervision, implementing individualized treatment plans, teaching communication and adaptive skills, collecting session data using an iPad, and collaborating with families and an interdisciplinary team to support learner goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Education, Human Services, or related field preferred
- Willingness to obtain an RBT certification if hired as level 3 BT
- Interest in working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder
