Job Summary
Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in center-based and group settings under supervision. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA, teach communication, social, daily living, play, and adaptive skills, and collect accurate session data using an iPad. Collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team to support learner goals, participate in trainings and supervision, maintain HIPAA compliance, and uphold safety protocols in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Education, Human Services, or related field preferred
- Willingness to obtain an RBT certification if hired
- Interest in working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to follow clinical direction and implement feedback
- Basic computer and documentation skills
