Job Summary
Deliver ABA-based therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in a center-based setting under supervision, implementing individualized treatment plans, teaching communication, social, daily living, play, and adaptive skills, collecting session data, and collaborating with families and the interdisciplinary team to support learner goals. Maintain a safe, structured environment; participate in trainings and supervision; adhere to HIPAA, safety protocols, and ethical standards; and prepare therapy materials while supporting transitions and group activities. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred; RBT certification may be pursued if hired as Level 3 BT. Compensation is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with location in New Ulm, MN.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Education, Human Services, or related field preferred
- Willingness to obtain an RBT certification if you are hired as a level 3 BT
- Interest in working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Ability to follow clinical direction and implement feedback
- Basic computer and documentation skills
