Job Summary
Behavior Interventionist delivers direct ABA services in 1:1 and group settings to clients in home, community, center, and school contexts. Responsibilities include implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals, collecting data every session, maintaining client data on an online platform, communicating with parents/caregivers, applying safe behavior modification strategies, ensuring HIPAA-compliant confidentiality, maintaining a clean and organized therapy environment, and participating in staff trainings to meet program competencies. Requires ability to travel between job sites within 25 miles, reliable transportation, and CA driver’s license preferred. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing required postures as part of therapy activities. Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred; CPR/BLS, RBT credential preferred; NPI Number required. Skills include data collection, clinical communication, adherence to ethics guidelines, and proficiency with technology.
