Behavior Therapist

Behavior Interventionist position delivers ABA-based services in 1:1 and group settings across clients' home, community, center, and school environments. Responsibilities include implementing prescribed skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction goals, collecting session data, maintaining client data sheets, reporting concerns to the clinical supervision team within 24 hours, and communicating progress to parents/caregivers. Must utilize safe behavior modification strategies, ensure HIPAA-compliant confidentiality, maintain organized and safe therapy environments, participate in staff trainings, and meet role requirements. The role requires physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, flexibility to travel between multiple sites within ~25 miles, and a California driver's license is preferred. Strong communication, technology proficiency, and adherence to ABA protocols are essential; familiarity with RBT/NPI processes is indicated.
